My oldest son, Carson has been a little traveler this summer. He has hardly been at home and I have missed him so much! He is off again tomorrow to spend the week with his cousin at their grandparents house. Good thing they live only 30 mins north of us. I don't think I can handle another week of not seeing my sweet little man! Carson is really enjoying his summer travels and we have an upcoming beach trip to look forward to, but I must admit I miss the every day routine during the school year. This year Carson will be entering K5 in a new school and we are excited about what is in store for us this year.
While Carson is away, Brian & I are trying out new recipes of things Carson would not typically eat. Here is the
Cheesy Taco Mac that we had last week. We had this with a salad and it was super yummy! I love
this blog. She has some of the best recipes. Now the hard thing is, what are we having this week?
